A quilted silver snow and frost cover that lies over the front windshield of a parked car, so falling snow and frost settle on the cover rather than on the glass. The cover measures 147 × 100 cm, about 57.9 in × 39.4 in, and is made of aluminized film. It has dark binding along the edges and a rounded side flap at each upper corner, and the wiper blades rest on top of it. This listing is for one cover only; no scraper is included.

What it does

  • Snow that falls overnight lands on the cover, and you lift the cover off the glass before you drive.
  • Quilted silver surface of aluminized film with dark binding along the edges, as pictured.
  • A rounded side flap at each upper corner; the flaps reach past the windshield pillars and lie along the door frames.
  • Folds down for storage; the package size is about 13.8 × 11.8 × 2.0 in (350 × 300 × 50 mm).

Use & care

Measure your windshield first and compare it with the cover size. With the car parked, lift the wiper arms, spread the cover over the windshield with the silver side facing out, lower the wipers onto it and smooth the side flaps along the door frames. Before you drive, lift the wipers, peel the cover back from one corner and shake the snow off away from the car. Use the cover only on a parked vehicle and remove it completely before driving. Let a wet cover dry before you fold it away, and wipe the surface with a damp cloth when it needs cleaning.
